针刺不同穴位对中度原发性痛经患者镇痛效应的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺十七椎和多穴对中度原发性痛经患者镇痛效应的差异。方法将75例中度原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组39例和对照组36例。治疗组采用针刺十七椎治疗,对照组采用针刺多穴(三阴交、次髎、地机、十七椎)治疗。观察两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)随时间的变化,并比较两组镇痛效应的差异。结果两组患者3个月经周期针刺5 min后VAS读数均开始明显降低(均P<0.01)。两组治疗前后VAS读数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疼痛时针刺十七椎及多穴均对中度原发性痛经患者有镇痛效应,针刺治疗中度原发性痛经可单取十七椎。] Objective To observe the difference in the analgelgesic effect between needling Shiqizhui （EX-B 8） and needling multiple points in treating patients with moderate primary dysmenorrhea. Method Seventy-five patients with moderate primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into a treatment group of 39 cases and a control group of 36 cases. The treatment group was intervened by needling Shiqizhui （EX-B 8）, while the control group was by needling multiple points [Sanyinjiao （SP 6）, Ciliao （BL 32）, Diji （SP 8）, Shiqizhui （EX-B 8）. The changes of Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores in the two groups were observed and the analgesic effects were compared. Result For 3 menstrual cycles, the VAS scores at 5 minute during acupuncture decreased significantly in both groups （P〈0.01）. There were no significant differences between the two groups in comparing VAS scores before and after treatment （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture at Shiqizhui （EX-B 8） can produce analgesic effect in treating patients with moderate primary dysmenorrhea, and Shiqizhui （EX-B 8） can be selected alone in the treatment of moderate primary dysmenorrhea.
