针刺第二掌骨全息穴配合带针运动治疗足跟痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺第二掌骨全息穴配合带针运动治疗足跟痛的临床疗效。方法将90例足跟痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用针刺第二掌骨全息穴配合带针运动治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。比较两组治疗前后VAS疼痛评分及临床疗效。结果两组治疗后VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为97.8%,对照组为71.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针刺第二掌骨全息穴配合带针运动是一种治疗足跟痛的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at the second metacarpal holographic point plus exercise with needles for heel pain. Method Ninety patients with heel pain were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 45 each. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at the second metacarpal holographic point plus exercise during acupuncture, while the control group was by conventional acupuncture. The Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） scores and clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Result After treatment, VAS scores were changed significantly in both groups （P〈0.01）. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in comparing VAS score after treatment （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 97.8% in the treatment group versus 71.1% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conelusion Acupuncture at the second metacarpal holographic point plus exercise with needles is an effective approach in treating heel pain.
