摘　　要：灸法作为中医学临床施治的重要组成部分,在防治疾病中发挥着独特的作用。灸法的适用范围较广,但并不适用于所有疾病的治疗,对于其禁忌,众说纷纭,甚至观点相悖。本文从灸法的注意事项、施灸部位、施灸对象及病候等角度探讨临床灸法的禁忌,为临床应用提供参考。Moxibustion as an important component of clinical treatment in traditional Chinese medicine plays a unique role in preventing and treating diseases. Moxibustion has a wide range of application but does not apply to treating all diseases. Contraindications for moxibustion are contentious and even highly controversial. This article explores contraindications for clinical moxibustion from precautions, moxibustion spots, subjects for moxibustion and syndromes to provide useful information for the clinical application.
