摘  要:通孔泡沫铝具有特殊的力学和物理性能,兼具结构材料和功能材料的特性,是一种具有多用途的新型多孔材料。详细介绍了目前通孔泡沫铝的主要制备方法,比较了各制备方法的优缺点,简单论述了孔隙率及孔径对泡沫铝压缩性能的影响,分析了材料性能和制备方法的相关性。Open-celled aluminum foam was a new kind of porous material for multiple purposes, which had particular mechanical properties and physical properties, combined with both characteristics of structure and function materials. The main preparation methods were introduced in detail, the advantages and disadvantages of the preparation technologies were compared. In addition, the influence of the porosity and pore size on compressive property was described and the relationship between properties and preparation methods were analyzed as well.
