钢铁工业新型燃烧器的研究现状

摘　　要：新型燃烧器可以有效地降低工业炉的燃料消耗和污染物排放,对于钢铁工业节能降耗,可持续发展具有重要的意义。目前,国内外许多设计单位都在积极开发新型钢铁工业用燃烧器,如意大利特诺恩公司、德国WS公司和林德公司、美国布洛姆公司和豪科公司、北京神雾公司等。对上述公司开发的典型燃烧器及应用情况进行了介绍,可为未来新型燃烧器的研发和工业应用提供参考。New type burners could effectively reduce the fuel consumption and pollutant emission of industrial furnaces, which had important significance for energy saving, cost reducing and sustainable development of iron and steel industry. At present, many domestic and foreign design units were developing actively on new type of burners for iron and steel industry, such as Tenova in Italy, WS and Linde in Germany, Bloom and Hauck in America, Shenwu in China. Some typical burners developed by these companies and the application situation were introduced. It could provide references for industrial applications and the future development of new type burners.
