摘  要:以外来植物粉花月见草幼苗为材料,研究透光率为20%、40%、60%、80%、100%对其生长发育、叶片形态和生理指标的影响。结果表明:株高、上位分枝、叶片、单叶面积、总叶面积、冠面积、叶面积指数随光照减弱而增强;低位分枝、单叶质量面积比、根生物量随光照增强而增强;花数量、花粉活力、种子结实率随光照增强而提高且花期集中;光合色素含量随光照减弱而提高,根系活力随光照增强而增加;电解质外渗率、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸及蛋白质含量随光照减弱而升高,可溶性糖含量随光照减弱而下降。粉花月见草应变策略反映了不同光照资源利用性竞争,可塑性较高、适度耐荫的植物成为入侵种的可能性最大。Using invasive alien plant Oenothera rosea seedlings as materials, effects of different transmittance of 20% ,40% ,60% ,80%, 100% on growth and development, leaf morphology and physiological indicators were studied. The results showed that plant height, number of upper branches, content of leaves, individual leaf area, total leaf area, crown area, leaf area index increased when the light intensity decreased, in order to improve the utilization of solar energy. Low branches individual leaf mass area ration, and root biomass increased when the lighting enhanced, in order to ease the photoinhibition and maintain the water balance. Concentrated light enhanced flowering, increased flower number, pollen viability, seed set rate and the root activity.The content of photosynthetic pigments increased when the light intensity decreased. Low light leaded to the enhancement of electrolyte leakage rate, content of malonldehyde, content of protein and free proline. The content of soluble sugar decreased increased in low light situations. These consistency strategies reacted different light resource utilization competition. So plants with higher plasticity and moderate shade-tolerant property are most likely to become invasive species.
