摘  要:以分离自海南海域的两株微藻小球藻HNC11(Chlorella sp.HNC11)和双眉藻HNY(Amphora sp.HNY)为材料,研究其对虾池废水中氮和磷的去除效果。结果表明,两株微藻在富氮和富磷的虾池废水中均能正常生长,双眉藻相对生长速率是其在宁波三号培养基条件下的3.73倍;在3 L的玻璃三角瓶中培养4 d后,小球藻和双眉藻对对虾养殖废水活性磷的去除率分别达到95.1%和90.8%,对氨态氮的去除率分别为87.1%和37.4%,两种藻对硝态氮和亚硝态氮的去除效果均不显著。Chlorella sp.HNCll and Amphora sp. HNY were isolated from Hainan coastal seawater. Efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus removal from shrimp breeding wastewater by the two microalgae strair, s was studied. Results showed that both strains grew well in shrimp breeding wastewater. The relative growth rate of A.sp. HNY cultured with shrimp breeding wastewater was 3.73 times higher than that of the alga cultured with Ningbo 3 media. After 4 days cultivation in a 3 L flask, the percent reduction rates of phosphorus by C.sp. HNCll and A .sp. HNY were 95.1% and 90.8%, respectively. And the ammonia removal rates by C.sp. HNCll and A.sp. HNY were 87.1% and 37.4%, respectively. However, reductions of nitrate and nitrite by the two microalgae strains were not significantly.
