摘 要:针对统收式采棉机含杂率高这一现实,借鉴河北邯郸棉机和山东天鹅棉机将刺钉滚设计为机械铆结锥度球冠型刺钉的12棱柱结构的改进思路,提出一种应用于棉杂分离的机载6棱柱滚筒式清杂系统的研究方法,包含主要零部件的组成、工作原理及其设计。利用Pro/ENGINEER软件对清杂系统主要部件进行三维实体建模和虚拟装配,采用六棱柱式刺钉滚筒和格条栅相结合的机械清杂方法,通过田间试验,可有效去除籽棉中掺杂的泥土、碎石、碎棉叶和不孕籽以及其他大杂物(青桃、棉杆、铃壳和碎铁片等),提高机采棉的质量,并能减小棉纤维的损伤。According to the reality that all-harvest cotton picker had a high impurity rate, and with the reference of Handan cotton picker and Tian'e cotton picker, that they have optimized the nailed roller to 12-prism structure with mechanical riveted taper spherical crown type nails from cylindrical roller, this paper puts forward a research method to apply to separate impurities from the cotton in the separating system of" the machinery 6-prism roller; it contains the composition of the main components, working principle and its design. The main components in the separating system of the device are the 3-dimensional entity models and theoretical assembly drawings with the software of Pro/Engineer. The machinery separating method combines the 6-prism barbed nail roller and riffle grid, and can remove the mixed soils, tiny stones, broken cotton leaves, mote, and other big sundries (green peaches, cotton stalk, fluid shell and broken plate, etc.). It improves the quality of the machine-picked cotton, and reduce cotton fiber damages.
