摘　　要：为了推动河北省平原区土地规模经营的顺利开展、加快实现农业现代化,在对河北省平原区8个市的土地规模经营现状进行分析和评价的基础上,结合比较优势原理,运用规模比较优势指数、产量比较优势指数和综合比较优势指数,对8个市的各种农作物生产状况进行优势分析,根据各市各种农作物的3种优势指数,结合土地规模经营的发展原则,确定粮食生产核心区、经济作物生产核心区和蔬菜生产核心区,并提出通过调整农业产业结构、培训农业产业化组织和加大政府的支持力度来推动土地规模经营开展。For promoting the land scale management smoothly and speeding up the realization of agricultural modernization, comhhmd with the principle of comparative advantage, using the scale comparative advantage index, yield comparative advantage index and comprehensive comparative advantage index, we analyzed the advantages of various crop production status based on the analysis and evaluation of the investigation on 8 cities＇ land scale operation status. According to all kinds of crops advantage index of 8 cities, combined with the development principles of land scale management, the agricultural land was divided into 3 core areas of grain production, eeonomic crops production and vegetables production, and the land scale management level could be improved through adjusting agricultural industry structure, training agricultural industrialization organization and strengthening the support from the government.
