摘　　要：农业技术供给不足影响了农业产业的科技竞争力,阻碍了农业和农村经济的可持续发展,科技特派员农村科技创业对于促进农业技术服务具有重要作用。如何采取有效措施引导科技特派员在创业过程中加快农业技术服务,成为提升我国农业竞争力和提高农民收入的关键。研究科技特派员通过创业实体开展农业技术服务行为的影响因素,利用山东、宁夏、内蒙和浙江的实地调查数据,采用多元线性回归分析方法实证分析了科技特派员农业技术服务行为的影响因素。Insufficient supply of agricultural technology affected the agricultural industry＇s technological competitiveness, and hindered sustainable agriculture and rural economic development. Taking effective measures to guide scientific and technological envoys in the entrepreneurial process to speed up agricultural extension becomes the key to enhance China＇s competitiveness and improve farmers＇ income. This paper studied the factors in the process of scientific and technological envoys＇ business conduct agricultural extension in business entities. Used the field survey data of Shandong, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia and Zhejiang province, with the multiple linear regression analysis method, the paper analyzed the influence factors and mechanism of the scientific and technological envoys＂ agricultural technology extension behavior.
