摘　　要：中国是一个农业大国,农业信息化一直处于快速发展阶段,种子行业是整个农业发展的源头,其信息化影响着中国整个农业的发展战略和发展进度。因此,加快种子行业的信息化进程,势在必行。但是由于中国种子行业信息化存在投入资金少、标准性差、集成性低等不足,导致发展速度远不及需求速度。通过借鉴ASP(Application Software Provider)模式的成功经验,提出构建一个基于ASP模式的种子管理销售信息化平台,来加快种子销售行业信息化进程的设想。China is agricultural country, and the speed of agricultural informatization in China is fast. The seed industry lies in the source of agriculture and it＇s informatization affects the speed and strategy of agriculture in China. But the seed informatization technology has some shortages, such as less investement, poor standard and low integration. The shortages lead to the situation that the speed of development can not meet the need. For these reasons and baesd on the success of ASP model, this paper proposed a platform which could be used to manage the seed sale and improve the informatization of seed sale.
