新型标记笔在下肢静脉曲张患者术前应用中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨新型标记笔术前标记下肢曲张静脉的应用价值。方法应用一种新型静脉曲张标记笔,与传统棉签标记法比较,评估其成本、实用性及标记差异对手术效果的影响。结果 2组耗材成本的对比结果显示,标记笔与棉签每次标记成本分别为0.18元和0.36元,标记笔成本低廉。组间医患满意率评分结果、术中穿刺成功率及标记精确性存在显著差异(P<0.05),标记笔在易用性、精确性、满意度等方面较棉签具有明显优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访复发、遗漏资料显示,术后1周2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月和1年,棉签标记组复发率、遗漏率均较新型标记笔标记组高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型静脉曲张标记笔成本低、应用方便、标记精确性高,与传统方法比较,降低了术中遗漏和术后复发率,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperative application of a novel mark-pen in treatment of varicose vein of lower extremity. Methods The novel mark-pen was compared with traditional marking method with cotton swab, and its cost, practicability and the effects of marking differences on surgical effect were evaluated. Results The comparative analysis for two groups showed that the cost of new marker-pen and traditional cotton swab for each case was 0.18 Yuan （RMB） and 0.36 Yuan （RMB） ,respectively,there was a significant difference between the two methods. There were significant differences in the parameters including doctor-patient satisfaction scores, puncturing success rate and marking precision between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The new marker pen was superior to traditional cotton swab in availability, accuracy and satisfactory degree （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Follow-up data one week after operation showed that there was no difference in recurrence rate or omissive rate between two groups （ P 〉0.05 ）. However at 6 months and a year after operation, both recurrence rate and omissive rate in traditional cotton swab group were significantly higher than those in new marker-pen group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The new marker pen has the benefit of lower cost, higher accuracy and easy using. As compared with traditional cotton swab, the new marker pen can reduce omissive rate and recurrence rate, which has better clinical application value.
