摘　　要：结合实际工程案例,探讨了该地块在设计和施工过程当中遇到的具体问题提出了当小区室外整体地坪抬高时,住宅与地下车库和室外档土墙在具体设计和施工过程中产生的问题与解决办法。This article discusses detailed problems during the design and construc- tion of this block by combining with the actual engineering example and proposes problems and solutions during detailed design and construction of residential buildings, underground garage and outdoor retaining walls when the whole outdoor terrace of the residential community is raised.
