摘　　要：分析了环境规制通过消费需求、投资需求、技术创新、壁垒效应、国际贸易等中间变量影响产业结构的作用机理,构建计量模型采用省际面板数据测算了环境规制基于不同途径对产业结构优化升级的影响绩效,经验分析表明,环境规制基于投资结构途径对产业结构优化升级的影响绩效最大。The mechanism of which environmental regulation impel the transition of industrial structure through the consumption demand, investment demand , technical innovation, entry barriers, international trade has been analyzed. A model is built and using inter-province panel data, the effect of environmental regulation on industrial structure has been tested from different paths. The empirical results show that the impact through the investment is the largest.
