摘 要:饲养密度对松墨天牛型和光肩星天牛型花绒寄甲的产卵量均有显著影响,其中以60头/盒(0.053头/cm3)的单雌产卵量最高,松墨天牛型寄甲为385.1粒/雌,光肩星天牛型寄甲为340.9粒/雌。密度对松墨天牛型花绒寄甲的存活率无显著影响,但对光肩星天牛型花绒寄甲的存活率有一定影响,以60头/盒处理的存活率最高,为70%。因此,在本试验条件下,2种花绒寄甲以60头/盒的饲养密度为最佳。The effects of rearing density on fecundity of both Monochamus alternatus biotype Dastarcus helophoroide( M biotype) and Anoplophora glabripennis biotype D. helophoroide (A biotype ) were significant. The fecundity of each female in the treatment of 60 adults/container ( 0. 053 adults/cm3 ) was the highest. The average fecundity of M biotype was 385. 1 eggs/female and that of A biotype was 340. 9 eggs/female. The effects of rearing density on survival rate of M biotype was not significant, but that of A biotype was significant, the survival rates of adults in the treatments of 60 adults/container were the highest, which were 70%. As a result,60 adults/container was the best rearing density of the 2 biotype D. helophoroide in this experiment.
