血清Hcy水平与Ⅱ、Ⅲ级高血压的关系研究

摘　　要：目的检测高血压Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的水平,探讨Hcy与高血压的关系。方法用循环酶法测定303例高血压Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者(高血压组)及238例健康体检者(对照组)的血清Hcy水平,比较Hcy与高血压、年龄、性别关系。结果高血压Ⅱ级患者的血清Hcy水平[(16.5±5.3)μmol/L]、高血压Ⅲ级的血清Hcy水平[(19.4±7.7)μmol/L]均明显高于对照组的血清Hcy水平[(12.9±3.2)μmol/L],并且高血压Ⅲ级患者血清Hcy水平明显高于高血压Ⅱ级患者,高血压组男性Hcy水平[(19.3±7.1)μmol/L]高于女性Hcy水平[(15.9±6.9)μmol/L],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。但是,60岁以上患者Hcy水平虽然略高于60岁以下患者,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高血压患者血清Hcy水平普遍升高,并且与高血压级别成正相关性。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum Hcy and hypertension by analyzing serum homocysteine（Hcy）levels of patients with hypertension in different clinical stages.Methods Serum Hcy of 303patients with grade Ⅱ,Ⅲ hypertension（hypertension group）,238healthy subjects（control group）,were determined using the circulating enzymatic method.The test results were analyzed statistically.Results The serum Hcy values of grade Ⅱ[（16.5±5.3）μmol/L]and grade Ⅲ[（19.4± 7.7）μmol/L]in hypertension groups were significantly higher than the control group[（12.9±3.2）μmol/L].The serum Hcy levels of grade Ⅲ hypertension group was significantly higher than the grade Ⅱgroup.The differences of each group were statistically significant.In addition,male serum Hcy level[（19.3±7.1）μmol/L]in hypertension group was significantly higher than female（15.9±6.9）μmol/L（P0.01）.Although serum Hcy level in patients up the age of 60was higher than the patients under the age of 60,there was no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The serum Hcy levels increased in hypertensive patients and appeared a positive correlation with blood pressure level.
