摘　　要：目的了解河北地区健康成人血清中胱抑素C（CysC）的参考区间。方法应用H-7600全自动生化分析仪对613例健康成人进行CysC检测,其中男性305例,女性308例。根据年龄分为A组（18~〈30）岁、B组（30~〈40）岁、C组（40~〈50）岁、D组（50~〈60）岁、E组（60岁以上）。试剂采用科华CysC定量测定试剂盒、配套校准品和质控品,分别按年龄和性别分组进行统计学分析,观察血清中CysC参考区间的变化。结果全部样本血清中CysC的参考区间为0.28~0.80mg/L,与试剂盒提供的参考区间0.40~1.1mg/L相比偏低。其中成年男性血清CysC水平为0.40~0.84mg/L,成年女性为0.26~0.76mg/L。A组血清中CysC水平为0.33~0.69mg/L,B组血清中CysC水平为0.28~0.72mg/L,C组血清中CysC水平为0.31~0.71mg/L,D组血清中CysC水平为0.31~0.91mg/L,E组血清中CysC水平为0.34~1.1mg/L。血清中CysC水平50岁以后随年龄增加有上升的趋势。结论河北地区健康成人血清CysC水平与试剂盒所提供的参考区间相比,发生了较大改变,因此建议各地实验室根据本地区的实际情况建立参考区间,以便于更好的用作肾功能指标的监控,为肾移植患者的术后检测和透析患者肾功能检测提供参考。Objective To establish adult reference intervals for Cystatin C（CysC）in Hebei region.Methods Blood serum samples from six hundred and thirteen healthy adults were tested in the study,from which 305were male and 308were female samples.The study was carried out using H-7600automatic biochemical analyzer.The samples were divided into 5groups as follows：group A（age 18-30）,group B（age 30-40）,group C（age 40-〈 50）,group D（age 50- 〈60）and group E（age more than 60 years）.The CysC reagents and related calibrators and controls were provided by Shanghai Kehua Bioengineering Ltd.The data were statistically analyzed according to the age and gender of participants.Results The reference interval of CysC in serum was between 0.28-0.80mg/L in the analyzed samples,which it was lower than the commonly quoted 0.40-1.1mg/L.The study showed that the male reference interval was 0.40-0.84mg/L and 0.26-0.76mg/L for the female samples.The serum CysC intervals for the groups A,B,C,D and E were 0.33-0.69mg/L,0.28-0.72mg/L,0.31-0.71mg/L,0.31-0.91mg/L,0.34-1.1mg/L respectively.A trend of increasing CysC levels with the age was shown.Conclusion The results have shown a clear difference between the serum CysC level in Hebei region and the generally quoted values.So we suggest all laboratories should validate existing or establish your own reference intervals,which will ensure a better application of the test and providing more meaningful results especially for the kidney transplantation,dialysis patients and other relevant clinical applications.
