摘 要:经过实验研究,得到了一种实用型三价铬彩色钝化液的最佳配方,并对工艺条件和镀锌钢材钝化膜的成膜机理进行了简要的讨论。用醋酸铅溶液对钝化膜进行点滴试验和中性盐雾实验。该钝化膜呈彩色,具有满意的附着力和抗腐蚀性,抗中性盐雾实验出白锈时间大于120 h。In the present study it was found that a new prescription of trivalent passivation solution were invented, passivation technology for zinc coating steel was developed. The film on zinc coating shown colorful feature. The mechanism of passivation process was explored. Lead acetate spot test, and salt spray experiment were performed to test its effect on zinc-coating steel. The corrosion resistance of zinc-coating steel under neutral salt spray conditions has been evaluated, the results shown it exhibited good protective ability against further corrosion attacks after 120 hours.
