含多氯联苯电力装置及其废弃物的情况分析

摘　　要：多氯联苯(PCBs)作为首批被列入斯德哥尔摩公约的受控持久性有机污染物之一,世界各国相继制订了法律法规,禁止PCBs的生产和使用。文章分析了PCBs电力装置及其废弃物一些现存问题和困惑,提出尽快建立PCBs废物信息装置档案及源清单,完善含PCBs电力设备无害化处置管理,严格执行对PCBs废物转移联单管理制度等建议。Polychlorinated biphenyls （PCBs） as the controlled first included in the Stockholm convention of the persistent organic pollutants, many countries havc established laws and regulations to ban the production and use. The paper analyzes PCBs＇ some existing problems and confusion in the power device and waste, proposes the establishment of waste PCBs information device files and source list as soon as possible, improves containing PCBs electric power equipment of harmless disposal management, and strictly implements the PCBs waste transfer note management system.
