摘 要:以镁、烟煤和碳化无烟煤为原料,经氢气反应球磨制备烟煤粘结的纳米镁基储氢材料,研究了烟煤粘结纳米储氢材料的表面形貌、官能团结构及吸放氢性能。实验表明:550℃热处理时,烟煤能将纳米级颗粒粘结成500-800m的储氢材料。此外,通过XRD、TPD等检测表明,材料230℃时就可以储氢,随温度升高,储氢量增加。Mg-based hydrogen storage materials were prepared from Mg, bituminous coal and carbonized anthracite coal by means of reactive milling under hydrogen atmosphere. The surface morphology, functional structure and the adsorption-desorption properties of the materials were studied. Experiments indicated that the powders can bond together from nanometers to about 500-800 nm at 550℃ due to the caking property of bituminous coal after heated. XRD and TPD analysis indicated that the material can store hydrogen at 230℃ and the capacity of hydrogen was enhanced with the increase of treated temperature.
