摘  要:高纯盐酸装置,其主要作用是把液氯工序送来的不能再液化的低纯度氯气(简称"尾氯")进行处理,即在盐酸炉内尾氯与氢气进行化合反应,生成氯化氢气体,再用纯水吸收生成质量分数为31%以上的盐酸。该装置如果不能平稳运行,上游的烧碱装置将无法正常生产,甚至会发生氯气泄漏事故。因此,高纯盐酸装置是氯碱企业生产中不可缺少的重要装置。文章介绍了二合一石墨合成炉生产高纯盐酸的生产工艺、危险性分析及安全设施设计。Purity hydrochloric acid unit, its main role is the chlorine liquefaction step can no longer be sent to a low-purity chlorine gas (referred to as "tail chlorine") for processing, that is the end of the High purity hydrochloric acid device, its main function is to deliver the liquid chlorine process cannot be liquified low purity chlorine (referred to as "tail chlorine") for processing, namely in the hydrochloric acid furnace tail chlorine and hydrogen gas, for chemical reaction, hydrogen chloride gas, and water absorption to generate mass fraction of 31% or more of hydrochloric acid. The device if not nmning smoothly, caustic soda plant upstream will not produce the normal, and even chlorine leakage accident occurred. Therefore, high purity hydrochloric acid device is an important device in the production of chlor alkali enterprises indispensable. The paper introduces the use of diad graphite synthetic furnace production of high purity hydrochloric acid production technology, risk analysis and safety facilities design.
