摘　　要：基于全面质量管理理论,探讨了高校内部教学质量保障体系的构建模式,介绍了东北林业大学课堂教学质量保障实践。基于全面质量管理对东北林业大学课堂教学质量保障体系提出制度细化、可操作的课堂教学质量保障体系,适时修订人才培养方案,优化课程体系,并进行精品视频公开课、资源共享课、网络课程等建设。Based on total quality management theory, the building mode of internal teaching quality assurance system in the university was discussed. The practice of teaching quality assurance system for course in Northeast Forestry University was introduced. The system refinement and operable teaching quality assurance system for course was put forward on the basis of total quality management. The talent training scheme was timely modified and course system was also optimized. The excellent video open class, resources sharing class and network class etc. are being built.
