摘 要:目的探讨骨科导航系统在胸腰椎手术中的应用价值。方法收集我科2011—08—2012—04收治的20例应用骨科手术导航系统的胸腰椎手术患者(导航组),共植入椎弓根螺钉86枚;2011—01—2011—07对照15例采用传统的方法进行椎弓根螺钉植入术(徒手组),共植入64枚螺钉。术后通过复查x线片或者螺旋CT,将两组患者椎弓根螺钉的位置进行对比分析。结果导航组植入的86枚螺钉中80枚位置优良,优良率为93.0%,相应徒手组植入64枚螺钉中52枚位置优良,优良率为81.3%,导航组椎弓根螺钉位置的优良率明显优于徒手组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),并且导航组没有出现并发症。结论应用骨科手术导航系统可提高螺钉置人位置的准确性,降低手术并发症。Objective To evaluate the value of orthopedic navigation system in the thoracolumbar spine surgery. Methods Twenty patients with thoracolumbar disease from August 2011 to April 2012 were instrumented with 68 pedicle screws by orthopedic navigation system. Fifteen patients from January 2011 to July 2011 with 64 conventional pedicle screws installation techniques were chosen as con- trol group. Postoperative radiographs or CT scans were used to assess the accuracy of pedicle screw placement in all patients. Results The placement was categorized as good in 80(93.0% ) pedicle screws of the former group and 52 (81.3%) pedicle screws of the latter group. The excellent rate of pedicle screw position in orthopedic navigation group was better than in control group ( P 〈 0.05). There was no postoperative complication in orthopedic navigation group. Conclusion The application of orthopedic navigation system can enhance the accuracy of screw placement, and decrease the related surgical complications.
