摘 要:采用抗菌防臭整理剂ATB9800作为抗菌剂制备不同浓度的抗菌纺织品鞋材测试样品:根据ATB 9800抗菌剂对金黄色葡萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯氏菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)测试结果,确定了抗菌剂的添加浓度,据此制备抗菌样品,检测纺织品抗菌鞋材的抑菌率和抑菌值,并对样品的均匀性和稳定性进行了检测。实验结果表明,纺织品鞋材抗菌性能和添加的抗菌剂浓度之间相关性较好,抗菌纺织品鞋材在0.05显著性水平时,样品抗菌性能是均匀的,在1年以内样品抗菌性能是稳定的。Antibacterial textiles for shoes using the different concentrations of antibacterial agent ATB9800 have been prepared in this study: According to the MIC of ATB9800 to Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae, the added concentrations of antibacterial agent were determined, and samples of antibacterial textile were prepared accordingly. Antibacterial rate and ratio were analyzed, besides the uniformity and stability of the samples. The experimental results show that the antibacterial property of textiles increases with the increase of the concentration of the antibacterial agent. At the significance level of 0.05, the antibacterial property of the sample was homogeneous, the antibacterial property of the sample will be stable in one year.
