摘  要:目的了解临床护士的循证护理知识、态度及技能。方法 2011年1-8月采用自行设计问卷对乌鲁木齐市某三级甲等医院的398名护士进行调查,问卷内容包括循证护理知识、态度、技能等3个方面。结果 398名临床护士的循证护理知识、态度及技能得分分别为(14.86±2.23)、(16.47±2.35)、(13.36±2.31)分,不同学历、职务及是否为临床教师的护士循证护理知识得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),是否为临床教师的护士循证护理态度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不同职务及是否为临床教师的护士循证护理技能得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论应加强临床护士的循证护理培训,提高其评判性思维能力,使临床护士具备一定的循证护理实践能力。Objective To investigate the current status of nurses' knowledge, attitude and skills about evidence- based nursing. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the level of nurses' knowledge, atti- tude and skills about evidence-based nursing for 398 nurses in a magnet hospital in Urumqi. Results Scores of nur- ses' knowledge, attitude and skills about evidence-based nursing were (14.86 ± 2.23), ( 16.47 ± 2.35), ( 13.36± 2.31) ,respectively. Significant differences were found in knowledge about evidence-based nursing for nurses with different education levels, duties and whether to be clinical teachers or not(P〈0.01). Significant differences were found in attitude about evidence-based nursing for nurses whether to be clinical teachers or not(P〈0.01). Signifi- cant differences were found in skills about evidence-based nursing for nurses with different duties and whether to be clinical teachers or not(P〈0.01). Conclusion Training about evidence-based nursing should be strengthened, so as to improve nurses' critical thinking ability and evidence-based nursing practical nursing ability.
