摘　　要：目的了解重型肝炎行人工肝支持系统(artificial liver support system,ALSS)治疗患者的护理需求,为临床按需护理提供依据。方法方便性抽样选择温州医学院附属第一医院感染内科住院的42例行ALSS治疗的重型肝炎患者,采用自制问卷对其进行相关护理需求的调查。结果重型肝炎行ALSS治疗患者的护理需求呈现为多方面且较为强烈,其内容涉及生理舒适、治疗安全、信息沟通、情感支持、自尊和自我实现等各个方面,需求程度排前两位的分别为:情感支持和安全需求;对信息沟通有较高要求,但不同治疗次数的患者对信息沟通需求的侧重点不同。结论重型肝炎行ALSS治疗患者的护理需求十分广泛,且有不同的侧重点。应按需给予人文关怀、安全性护理及阶段性健康教育,以取得患者的有效配合,保证ALSS治疗的顺利进行,促进患者康复。Objective To study the nursing needs of patients with severe hepatitis treated by ALSS, so as to provide evidences for clinical nursing. Methods By convenience sampling, totally 42 cases with severe hepatitis treated by ALSS were recruited and assessed by the selLdesigned questionnaires. Results The nursing needs about ALSS for patients with severe hepatitis were different in various aspects. Nearly 90~/6o of the patients had strong demands, including physical comfort, treatment safety, information communica- tion, emotional support, esteem and self-actualization and others. Some nursing needs were still different in degree, emotional support and treatment safety ranked the top two, and the needs about information communication were more required. Different treatment times would cause different needs about informa- tion communication. Conclusion The nursing needs of patients with severe hepatitis treated by ALSS are different in various aspects. Individualized nursing of humane care, safety nursing and health education in stage may help patients cooperate effectively, ensure the ALSS treatment goes smoothly and promote the rehabilitation process of patients.
