摘　　要：目的分析阵发性心房纤颤(AF)患者的Lorenz散点图形态特点,寻找Lorenz散点图定性诊断阵发性AF的指征,并应用几何画板软件模拟验证。方法从我院2004—2012年10 900例动态心电图中筛选出窦性心律组、阵发性心房纤颤(PAF)组和持续性AF组各80例,观察对比3组受试者心电图的Lorenz散点图形态特征,并利用几何画板软件的跟踪轨迹与函数功能,模拟3组的Lorenz散点图形态。结果 PAF组男性多于女性(P<0.05);持续性AF组的年龄大于PAF组,PAF组的年龄大于窦性心律组(P<0.05)。窦性心律组心电图的Lorenz散点图特征为45°线上致密的"一分布图形";PAF组心电图的Lorenz散点图由靠近原点一端的"扇形"和45°线上致密的"一分布图形"两部分组成;持续性AF组心电图的Lorenz散点图表现为沿45°线对称分布的"扇形"。应用几何画板软件可以成功模拟上述3组受试者的Lorenz散点图形态特征。结论根据Lorenz散点图靠近原点一端的"扇形"与45°线上致密的"一分布图形"相结合特征,可以直观、快速、定性的诊断PAF,且与几何画板软件模拟结果一致。Objective To analyze the features of Lorenz scatter diagram of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation （AF） to find its diagnostic indication and to perform simulation verification using geometer sketchpad. Methods The Lorenz scatter diagrams of 80 sinus rhythm （SR group）, 80 paroxysmal AF （PAF group） and 80 persistent AF （AF group） patients were screened out from 10, 900 ambulatory electrocardiograms, to observe the features of Lorenz scatter diagrams of 3 groups and imitate their scat- ter diagram patterns using the track and function of Geometer＇s sketchpad. Results Males were more than women in PAF group （P 〈 0.05 ）, persistent AF group were older than PAF group, PAF group older than SR group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The Lorenz scatter diagram of SR group was a dense zone ＂ single -distribution diagram＂ above the 45° line, that of PAF group composed of ＂ fan - like diagram＂ near the origin and ＂ single - distribution diagram＂, that of persistent AF group was symmetrical distribution of ＂ fan - like diagram＂ along the 45° line. The features of scatter diagrams of 3 groups were able to be imitated successfully using Geometer＇s sketchpad. Conclusion The Lorenz scatter can diagnose PAF directly, quickly and qualitatively because of its spe- cial distribution characteristics and its results are in accordance with those of Geometer＇s Sketchpad.
