摘　　要：笔者设计了一种用于健康信息现场采集的居民健康信息采集卡,采集卡上的信息可以利用光标阅读器自动化读取,读取的信息借助居民健康档案管理系统处理后可自动传输至居民电子健康档案。该信息采集系统实现了居民健康信息采集和管理自动化,同时可以明显提高居民健康信息录入的效率和质量,并节约了成本,本文对此系统的使用进行了介绍。We designed a Residents＇ Health Information Card for field data collection. The information on the card can be automatically read using Optical Mark Reader and transmitted to the Electronic Health Record after being processed by Resi- dent Health Record Management System. This information collection system enables automatic collection and management of resi- dent health information, improves the efficiency and quality of health information input, and reduces cost. This paper describes the use of this system.
