三种牙科表面麻醉药物麻醉效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较三种不同表面麻醉药物的表面麻醉效果。方法采用双盲随机对照研究,将门诊107例牙科表面麻醉患者按就诊顺序随机分成A、B、C 3组,分别采用Ultracare Walterberry、复方甘菊利多卡因凝胶和Topicaina三种表麻药物进行表面麻醉,观察3组的麻醉效果,以及不同性别与牙位间有无差别,并对各组观察指标进行统计学分析。结果 3组表面麻醉效果差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.825,P=0.007),其中B组有效率最高,与A组有显著差异(χ2=8.552,P=0.003),而A组与C组和B组与C组间均无统计学差异。不同性别和部位间无统计差异。结论复方甘菊利多卡因凝胶的口腔表面麻醉效果优于Ultracare Walterberry组和Topicaina组,值得在牙科治疗中推广应用。Objective To make comparison of the surface anesthetic effect among three kinds of surface anesthesia drugs.Methods Double blind random control research was used.107 patients who received the surface anesthesia were divided into group A,B,and C according to the sequence of visit our hospital.The surface anesthesia was carried out with three drugs of Ultracare Walterberry,Kamistad gel,or Topicaina,respectively.The anesthetic effects and the difference between different gender and the teeth position were compared among three groups.The observation indexes of each group were statistically analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the surface anesthetic effects among the three groups(χ2= 9.825,P = 0.007).The effective rate of group B was the highest,and the difference between group B and A was significant(χ2= 8.552,P = 0.003).There was no significant difference between group A and C and between group B and C.And there was no significant difference between different gender and tooth position.Conclusion The surface anesthetic effect of the Kamistad gel is superior to that of Ultracare Walterberry and Topicaina.
