摘 要:在分析织物静电性能测试方法的基础上,选择5种精纺毛型织物,分别采用静电压半衰期法(定压法、定时法)和电阻率法测试其静电性能.结果表明,织物静电性能与其成分密切相关,织物中涤纶等合成纤维的含量越多,抗静电性能就越差;导电纤维的加入可以改善织物的抗静电性能,但抗静电效果与导电纤维的含量有关;静电压半衰期法和电阻率法各有特点,但得到的试验结果规律一致.Based on the analysis for the test methods of fabric static performance, five kinds of worsted wool - like fabrics were chosen and the static performance was measured by static half period method (constant pressure method, timing method) and resistivity method respectively. Results show that the fabric static performance and its composition are closely related. The more content of syn- thetic fibers such as polyester in the fabric, the worse antistatic performance will be. Blending of conductive fiber can improve the anti- static performance of fabric, but the antistatic effect is associated with conductive fiber content. Static half period method and resistivity method each has its characteristics, but the change rule of test results is consistent.
