密切党群关系的核心是实现好人民群众的利益

摘　　要：密切党群关系的核心问题是实现好人民群众的利益。党群关系的实质是利益关系,党群关系的产生、党群关系的血肉联系,都是由人民利益的实现决定的。改革开放后,人们利益观念的变化;社会阶层利益差别的拉大;党员干部队伍中存在的损害群众利益的形式主义、官僚主义等"四风"及消极腐败问题,都严重影响着党群关系。正确认识人民群众的利益问题;引导人们树立正确的利益观;协调好社会各阶层、各群体、各方面利益关系;切实解决损害人民群众利益的"四风"和消极腐败问题,是当前密切党群关系的重要路径选择。The essence of building closer relations between the Party and the masses is realizing the masses＂ inter ests. The essence of the relations between the Party and the masses is interest relation, for the forming and state of the relations between the Party and the masses are determined by interests. Since reform and opening up, relations between the Party and the masses has been harmed greatly by a number of factors such as the changing of people~ view of interests, differentiation of social strata, widening of the gap between different interest groups, passive cor ruption and the ＂four common practices＂ formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism and extravagance presen ted by some Party members and cadres which have damaged seriously the interests of the masses. In order to close the relations between the Party and the masses, we should understand the masseslnterests correctly, guide people to correct view of interests, coordinate the interest solve the problems of ＂ four common practices＂ relations among all social strata, groups and other aspects, and and passive corruption.
