地方高校产学研用结合培养创新人才的探讨

摘　　要：产学研用紧密结合是高校培养创新人才的重要途径。地方高校在产学研用培养人才方面仍存在着一些突出问题,学生受基础教育阶段的影响自主学习意识与能力不强,参加产学研活动基础薄弱;教师重视科研教学任务的完成,开展教学改革动力不足;学校在培养创新人才方面顶层设计与系统管理仍有缺陷。解决存在问题需要去除现有基础教育过分注重升学率的弊病;高校则要改进现有的考核体系,完善产学研用相结合培养创新人才的机制。The tight combination of industry, academy, research and application really matters to the local univer sities in terms of cultivating innovative talents. However, There still exist some problems. For instance, the students have insutcient consciousness and capability of independent study and weak basis to join the IARA due to the effects of their basic education, the teachers care more about finishing their teaching to start reform, the top level design and systematic management in terms of cultivating missions and lack the drive innovative talents still have some flaws. Therefore, in order to solve them, we should get rid of the preference of excessive attention on enrol ment rate in current basic education, and the universities need to boost their present assessment systems so as to perfect the mechanism of cultivating innovative talents by way of combinating IARA.
