高校贫困大学生逆境商的培养

摘　　要：现代社会,大学生遇到的挫折越来越多样化,而要让家庭经济贫困的大学生能从容应付挫折,立于不败之地,智商、情商固然重要,但真正起决定性作用的还是逆境商的高低。针对高校贫困大学生逆境商的现状,从理论研究、高校体系建设、家庭配合等几个方面提出培养逆境商的办法,以提高贫困大学生的逆境商,助其成长、成人、成才、成功。In the modem society, the setbacks college students encounter are becoming increasingly diverse. The authentic factor which decides whether the needy college students could confront the adversity calmly and remain in vincible should still be the adversity quotient （abbreviated as AD）, though IQ and EQ are undoubtedly crucial. In view of the current situation concerning the AD level of needy college student, this article puts forward to measures improving the AD level of needy college students from aspects of theory research, the system construction in colle ges and universities, family cooperation and so on, so as to give full play to their talent and succeed in the near fu ture.
