摘  要:采用《职业观调查量表》对汶川地震灾区的大学生、初高中生进行职业价值观调查,结果显示:(1)地震灾区大学生、初高中生最重视职业价值观中的"生活方式、同事关系、成就"三个维度。(2)不同年龄、不同性别的学生在职业价值观的重视程度中存在着差异,男生对职业价值观的各项目重视度依次为:同事关系>生活方式>成就;女生对职业价值观的各项目重视度依次为:生活方式>成就>同事关系。(3)居住地对最受重视维度也有影响,居住在城市的学生更加注重"生活方式"。因此,应根据各年龄阶段学生的心理特点进行职业价值观教育,帮助其更合理地选择职业;还应将职业价值观教育纳入到学校心理健康教育及咨询体系中,从而使心理教育的形式变得更为丰富、目标感更强。The authors perform a large-scale students in Wenchuan earthquake areas with the survey of work values of the college and middle school Work Values Inventory (WVI) . (1) The analytical results indicate that the three dimensions to which students attach the greatest importance are "lifestyle", "relationship among colleagues" and "achievements". (2) Students of different age groups and genders differ in the major dimensions of work values. The different degrees of importance male students attach to work values are colleague relations 〉 lifestyle 〉 achievements, while those for female students are lifestyle 〉 achievements 〉 colleague relations. (3) Places of residence also affect the major dimensions, and students from cities attach more importance to lifestyle. Therefore, the work values education should be conducted in line with the psychological characteristics of the corresponding age groups and treated as an integral part of the school's mental health education and counseling system to help the students choose their career appropriately and enrich the contents and specify clearer targets for the education.
