摘　　要：嵊泗贻贝是嵊泗县产业化程度最高,产业链最完整的养殖品种。本研究在对追溯理论和技术充分研究的基础上,通过对嵊泗贻贝养殖、收购、生产加工和销售环节实地调研,设计了嵊泗贻贝加工企业内部质量可追溯体系。该体系的建立,可提高嵊泗贻贝生产加工企业的信息化管理水平,提升嵊泗贻贝的品牌形象和市场竞争力,增加向欧盟等国际高端市场的出口机会。The mussels produced in Shengsi county is one of the cultured species that bears complete industry chain and high level of industrialization. Shengsi mussel quality traceability system was constructed based on the theoretical study of traceability construction and design and the on - site survey of the industry chain, including farming, purcha- sing, processing and marketing. The implementation of traceability system could improve information management of enterprises, uplift the brand image and the market competitiveness of Shengsi mussels, and increase its export oppor- tunities to the EU and other international high -end markets.
