摘  要:目的:探讨一种理想的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并肺性脑病的治疗方法,研究应用BIPAP联合纳洛酮治疗此症的作用与效果。方法:选取近两年本院收治住院的60例COPD合并肺性脑病患者作为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用常规用药及BIPAP联合纳洛酮治疗,对照组采用常规治疗及BIPAP治疗,观察对比两组患者的意识恢复情况、动脉血气变化、气管插管率、治疗有效率、住院时间等指标。结果:两组治疗后意识恢复、动脉血气分析指标、气管插管率以及临床治疗有效率、住院时间等各项情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BIPAP联合纳洛酮治疗COPD合并肺性脑病可以使患者的临床症状得到较快的改善,治愈率有效提高,还可以提高与患者的人机同步率,在临床具有应用和推广意义。Objective:To explore an ideal chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with pulmonary encephalopathy treatment,research and application BIPAP combined effect of naloxone disease and effect.Method:60 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with pulmonary encephalopathy were randomly divided into treatment and control groups nearly two years in our hospital,each group of 30 patients case.The treatment group received regular medication and BIPAP combined naloxone treatment,control group with conventional treatment and BIPAP treatment were observed in patients with consciousness recovery,arterial blood gas,endotracheal intubation rate,efficiency of treatment,hospitalization and other indicators,were analyzed.Result:Two groups after treatment restore consciousness,arterial blood gas analysis index,endotracheal intubation rate and clinical treatment efficiency,the length of time their comparative difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:BIPAP naloxone treatment of COPD combined with pulmonary encephalopathy can make the patient's clinical symptoms improved rapidly,effectively improve the cure rate,but also can improve the man-machine synchronization rate with patients in clinical application and promotion has significance.
