摘　　要：目的:总结肿瘤患者医用三氧基本自血疗法的护理方法和技巧。方法:对2008年9月-2011年3月4530例肿瘤患者行医用三氧基本自血治疗的护理工作进行回顾性分析。将加强细节管理、严格掌握禁忌证和适应证、关注注意事项、细致的心理护理、密切观察病情变化作为护理的重点。结果:行医用三氧基本自血治疗的4530例肿瘤患者中只有13例患者出现虚脱、头晕、血压改变和静脉穿刺疼痛等不良反应。结论:加强细节管理,合理的操作流程,严格掌握禁忌证、适应症和注意事项,加强心理护理等一系列护理措施,能确保医用三氧自血疗法的安全应用。Objective：To summarize the nursing caring methods and techniques for tumor patients in medical ozone on major autohaemotherapy.Method：4530 cases of the tumor patients treated by the medical ozone on major autohaemotherapy were reviewed retrospectively from September 2008 to March 2011.The key point of nursing were strengthen management,strictly grasp the indications and contraindications,attention to details matters needing attention,careful mental nursing,close observation of the condition change.Result：4530 cases of the tumors patients were treated by the medical ozone on major autohaemotherapy,only 13 patients experienced collapse,dizziness,changed in blood pressure,pain caused by venipuncture and some other adverse reaction.Conclusion：To insure the security application of medical ozone on major autohaemotherapy in a series of nursing intervention,which will include strengthening detailed management,reasonable operation flow,strict grasping contraindications and indications and strengthening mental nursing care.
