“点—轴系统”理论在产业布局中的应用——以重庆市南彭地区为例

摘　　要：基于重庆市巴南区"十二五规划"要求,因地制宜地适当调整和优化区域经济发展模式,是南彭地区未来经济发展的重点工作内容和方向。"点—轴"系统理论可以促进实现生产布局与现状基础设施之间最佳的空间结合。在对南彭地区规划时,以镇政府所在地为中心,以当地的三条主要交通干线为轴,充分发挥空间扩散原理和增长极理论中,中心区域和辐射轴对周边经济的带动作用,并最终形成"一中心,两分区,三轴线"的产业布局模式。Based on the requirement of the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ of Banan District in Chongqing City, to appropriately adjust and optimize the regional economic development mode according to local conditions will be the focus of work content and direction in the future economic development of Nanpeng. ＂Pole-Axis system＂theory, can promote the best spatial organization between the location of production and the linear infrastructure. The research shows that in order to make full use of the leading role of central area and its radiation shaft on the surrounding economy stated in the spatial diffusion theory and the theory of growth pole, in the Nanpeng area planning we should select the location of the town government as the center and three main traffic artery as axes, ultimately establishing the industrial layout model of ＂ one center, two districts, and three axes＂.
