摘  要:滚筒是带式输送机的重要部件,过去滚筒轴和筒体轮毂一般采用平键联接形式,但随着长距离、大带宽、大运量和高速运行带式输送机的发展,这种结构的滚筒已不能满足输送要求。本文介绍了带式输送机滚筒中胀套联接的设计和相应的参数计算,并对胀套的选用原则进行了简单介绍。The drum is an important part of the belt conveyer.Generally a flat key connection type is adopted for pre-vious drum shafts and drum hubs , but such kind of drum cannot meet conveying requirements any more with the develop -ment of long-distance, wide belt, large capacity, and high-speed belt conveyers.The paper mainly introduces design of ta-per-lock connection of the drum and corresponding calculations for the belt conveyer , and further describes the selection principle of the taper-lock.
