摘　　要：某货场一批电动葫芦门式起重机同一时间出现相同故障,通过现场应力测量和关键部位有限元受力分析,了解起重机具体受力情况。对使用现场进行勘查和轨道测量了解起重机工作过程,针对具体情况进行分析,并提出了解决方案。Same faults occur in a batch of electric block gantry cranes in certain goods yard in the same time ; based on this, specific force condition is understood through site stress measurement and finite element force analysis for key parts.The crane working process is familiarized through site survey and railway measurement , with solutions put forward ai-ming at specific situations.
