摘　　要：汽车金属零部件腐蚀是造成汽车寿命降低的重要原因之一,盐雾腐蚀试验是检验金属零部件耐蚀强度的重要手段之一。介绍了盐雾腐蚀的破坏性,进而研究了腐蚀的机理,包括斑状腐蚀、局部腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀和受载下的腐蚀,对盐雾试验的方法、评判和改进措施进行了分析,为金属零部件的设计与防护提供参考。Corrosion is one of the important reasons of car service life reducing,salt-spray test is one of the important methods to evaluate corrosion resistance of metal parts in the car.In this paper,destructiveness of salt-spray corrosion was introduced,corrosion mechanism including spot corrosion,part corrosion,crack corrosion and load corrosion were studied,and then salt-spray test methods,evaluation and improving measures were analyzed in order to provide references for car metal parts design and protection.
