小鼠卵巢玻璃化冻存过程中FSH干预对卵泡形态及整合素αvβ5表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察促卵泡刺激素(FSH)对整合素αvβ5(αvβ5 Integrin)表达的影响,以便提供FSH干预可提高卵巢玻璃化冻存效率的有关依据。方法将4周龄C57BL/6J小鼠卵巢分为:新鲜对照组(FCG)、玻璃化冻融对照组(VCG)、0.3 IU·mL-1FSH干预玻璃化冻融组(FSH-VG),通过形态学、免疫组织化学技术观察并分析各组正常卵泡百分比及卵巢组织整合素αvβ5蛋白表达情况。结果正常卵泡百分比、αvβ5蛋白表达为FSH-VG最高,与VCG比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小鼠卵巢玻璃化冻存中的FSH干预有助于卵泡结构的维持及整合素αvβ5蛋白的表达。Objective To investigate FSH treated in vitrification process via observation the expression of αvβ5 integrin. Methods 4 -week- old C57BL/6J mouse were divided into three groups：group A was fresh control group （FCG） , the ovaries came from normal mice;group B was vitrification control group （ VCG）, there was no FSH in the medium and group C was the,vitrification group treated by 0.3 IU · ml^-1 FSH. Through the morphology, immunohistochemical technique to observe and analysis the expression of αvβ5 integrin in each group. Results The percentage of normal follicles and the expression of αvβ5 integrin were the best in FSH - VG compared whir VCG （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion FSH treated in the process of vitrification is favourable to kept the ovary morphological structure and the expression of αvβ5 integrin.
