济钢化工厂提高工业萘收率的措施

摘　　要：济钢化工厂焦油蒸馏工序投运以来，工业萘收率仅为9．5％～9．8％。通过更换系统冷却设备、提高原料含萘量及入塔温度、增加蒸馏系统的热量供给、优化调整工艺参数等，使工业萘收率提高到10．5％以上，年创经济效益300万元。Since the tar distillation process in chemical plant of Jinan Steel put into operation, the yield of industrial naphthalene is only 9.5%-9.8%. By changing the system＇ s cooling equipment, increasing the naphthalene content in raw material, improving the temperature of the raw of into tower, raising the heat supply for distillation, optimizing and adjusting the technological parameters, so that the yield of industrial naphthalene was increased to 10.5% above, the annual economic benefit of 3 millions Yuan was achieved.
