摘 要:山东临沂会宝岭铁矿西探矿井回风井井筒-344装载硐室扩建施工,所处地层岩石坚硬,常规爆破措施无法施工。为保证施工质量与施工进度,采用静态破碎技术,将待开挖区分成2个区域,先后破碎。2个区域共使用静态破碎剂796.5 kg,比转眼数18.55个/m2,比装药量69.44 kg/m3,通过现场试验,合理设计静态破碎开挖方案,取得了良好效果。The extended digging of - 344 loading chamber of return air airshaft was in hard rock formation in western prospecting well in Huibaoling iron ore the conventional blasting cannot be implemented here. Then the non- explosive demolition method was adopted to assure the construction quality and process. The excavation area was di- vided into two regions and crushed in succession. In the static explosive scheme, the specific drilling number and the amount of charge were considered. After field testing, the reasonable excavation scheme of non-explosive demoli- tion method was determined and good result was obtained.
