摘 要:临沧市两座60 m砖烟囱的爆破拆除因多方面原因采用了两种方案,这两种方案除切口位置不同外,其余爆破参数保持一致:一号烟囱爆破切口布于底部+0.7 m,向北偏西51°倾倒,对支撑部位的出灰口砖砌封堵;二号烟囱爆破切口布于底部+1.5 m,避开了底部烟道口、出灰口对烟囱定向倾倒的影响。两座烟囱的爆破效果大相径庭,一号烟囱因出灰口的影响偏离设计方向约30°,二号烟囱则按设计方向倾倒。通过对比两座烟囱的倒塌,分析烟囱发生偏移的原因,确定砖烟囱较合适的切口圆心角范围,强调爆破前预处理工作的重要性,并为以后类似的工程实例提供参考。Two explosive demolition schemes were designed to demolish two 60m chimneys in Lineang. The blast parameters of two schemes are basically the same except for the blast cut site: the cut of chimney No. 1 was lo- cated from the bottom to top 0.7 m, and the chimney dumped to north by west of 51° and the ash outlet of support- ing part was sealed with bricks. The cut of chimney No. 2 was located from the bottom to top 1.5 m, avoiding the effect of flue outlet and ash outlet on directional collapse of the chimney. In fact, the blasting effect of the two chim- neys were very different, the collapse direction of chimney No. 1 deviated about 30° from the designed direction, while the collapse direction of No. 2 chimney keep the same as the design direction. By comparison of the collapse of two chimneys, the appropriate range of brick chimney incision angle was determined and the blasting pretreatment should be paid great atention in explosion demolition project.
