摘 要:采用空气低温等离子体对聚酯丝网进行表面处理改性,研究不同反应时间、压强及不同反应功率下聚酯丝网亲水性能的变化。通过红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱研究了聚酯丝网的化学结构和组分含量变化,并借助扫描电子显微镜研究处理后聚酯丝网的纵向表面形貌结构变化。结果表明:经过处理后的聚酯丝网亲水性显著提高,在反应压强35 Pa、反应功率110 W、处理4 min时,聚酯丝网的亲水效果改善最为明显。处理后的聚酯丝网化学结构未发生改变,但丝网的化学组分含量发生变化,氧含量增加,碳含量减少,引入了含氧基团。处理后丝网纵向表面变得粗糙,粗糙程度随着反应功率的加大而加深。This research conducts surface modification treatment for polyester net with air low-temperature plasma, studies the variation of hydrophilic performance of polyester net under different response time, pressure and response power, the chemical structure and variation of constituent content of polyester net through infrared spectroscopy and X-ary photoelectron spectroscopy and the variation of longitudinal surface morphology and structure of the treated polyester net with scanning electron microscope. The result shows that the hydrophilic performance of treated polyester net has been significantly improved; when polyester net is processed under reaction pressure 35 Pa and response power 110 W for 4 rain, its hydrophilic performance is improved most significantly; the chemical structure of treated polyester net remains unchanged, but chemical constituent contents of the net change; oxygen content increases and carbon content decreases; oxygen-containing groups are introduced. The longitudinal surface of the treated net becomes rough and the roughness increases with the increase of response power.
