摘　　要：介绍了圆珠笔用塑料的注塑模塑收缩率以及塑料力学性能的测定方法,并对常用的六种塑料材料的模塑收缩率以及拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度进行了检测,最后对检测数据进行了比对分析,为工程技术人员在设计塑料注塑模具和选用塑料时提供了参考数据和意见。This article introduced a measurement method of Shrinking percentage and Mechan- ical Properties of Plastic Molding Used in Ball-pen. With a series of tests on six kinds of plastic materials＇ molding shrinkage, tensile strength, flexural strength and impact strength, we made comparative analysis of the tests data, which provided reference data and opinions for engi- neering technical personnels on designing plastic injection molds and selections of plastic.
