摘  要:束探1H(P)井是中石油股份公司的一口重点风险探井,目的层为沙三段。该区域沙河街组深灰色泥岩、油页岩、膏泥岩水敏性垮塌严重,泥灰岩裂隙发育,承压能力低,油气活跃,施工过程中易发生井漏、划眼等复杂情况,该区域施工的14口井发生划眼的有11口,7口井共9次发生卡钻事故,多口井发生了严重漏失和井涌。该井采用了优化的KCl聚磺封堵防塌钻井液,通过引入聚胺抑制剂、成膜固壁剂、特制乳化沥青和乳化渣油,提高了体系抑制能力、封堵防塌能力和润滑性能,解决了沙河街组地层严重垮塌难题和深部地层润滑防卡问题;采取的随钻堵漏和承压堵漏技术大幅度提高了地层承压能力,解决了井漏与井涌的矛盾。该井施工安全顺利,钻井周期仅为74 d,比束探1H井的钻井周期缩短40 d,为该区域深探井施工提供了技术经验。The well Shutan1H(P) is a key exploration well of Petrochina,and the target zone is Shasan formation.Some difficulties are encountered in this formation,such as lost circulation,well kick,caving and reaming,which reaming is encountered in 11 wells with hole 14 wells,and pipe-stuck is encountered 9 times in 7 wells.In this well,the optimized KCl polysulfonate plugging drilling fluid is applied that polyamine inhibitor,film forming agent,emulsion asphalt and emulsion crude oil are mixed in this drilling fluid system and the active lost circulation control and pressure containment lost circulation control technologies are used to resolve the problems of caving,lubication and lost circulation in deep formations.,which the drilling period of this well is only 74 d that is less than Shutan1H of 40 d.
