摘  要:大牛地气田刘家沟组属于低破裂压力层段,存在垂直裂缝,易发生井漏,并具有漏失规模大、堵漏难度大、易发生重复漏失等特点。根据对大98井区5口井漏失情况的分析可以得出,除工程地质原因外,压力激动也是造成刘家沟组井漏的重要原因,控制该井漏的难点在于垂直裂缝堵漏以及处理好刘家沟组地层破裂压力与下部地层坍塌压力之间密度窗口的问题,因此在控制井漏时,不能仅关注堵漏剂,而要在各种堵漏操作中更加关注井内压力系统的稳定。介绍了2口井的堵漏作业情况,其中DPS-11井在钻穿刘家沟组后没有及时提高该段地层承压能力,追求进尺,导致井漏反复发生,井漏损失13 d,而DPH-70井及时提高了刘家沟组地层承压能力,堵漏时间最短,井漏仅损失4.35 d。提出该段地层井漏控制的要点为超前预防、控制漏速、迅速穿过漏层、打水泥塞彻底封固。Liujiagou group belongs to low fracturing pressure formation,who has such merits as vertical fractures' existence,largescale and repeated lost circulation and so on.In addition to engineering geological factors,pressure surge is another important factor causing lost circulation.Vertical fracture lost circulation control,narrow safety density window between Liujiagou formation fracturing pressure and collapse pressures in the lower part of the well are the difficulties on the basis of lost circulation analysis of 5 wells of 98 well area in Daniudi gas field.Both lost circulation material and borehole pressure system need attention.Repeated lost circulations occurred in Well DPS-11 because of the not timely improvement of Liujiagou formation pressure containment and the leakage amount to 13 d.By comparison only 4.35 d leakage occurred in Well DPH-70 because of the timely improvement of Liujiagou formation pressure containment.The key points of lost circulation control are precaution,leakage rate control,pass through lost circulation zones quickly,cementing segment.
