摘　　要：基于中厚板轧机厚度控制过程的特点,对生产中常见的厚度控制异常问题进行了探讨,对因温度差异、钢种差异、轧机振动及轧辊圆度引起的厚度波动进行了举例分析,并提出了解决措施及方法。Based on the characteristics of thickness control in plate mill, the paper discusses the common thick- ness deviation problems during roiling, analyzes the incidents of thickness variation caused by temperature variation, steel grade differences, mill stand vibration and roll roundness, and puts forward appropriate solutions.
